This study examines how governance and funding constraints influence the equitable delivery of public health services, specifically regarding diabetes and maternal mortality initiatives. We seek to utilize augmented reality visualization and field-based observations to look behind the scenes of the opioid epidemic in the City of Camden to visualize the impact of opioid use and abuse on community health, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on community opioid use.
